Customer-focused Project Manager, Library & Learning
Are you eager to drive development forward to international markets? This is a unique opportunity to apply your high drive and strong people skills as a Project Manager for our product, Cicero. In cooperation with the Library & Learning organisation, you’ll be responsible for expanding our product further into the Nordics by fostering strong relations with our current and future customers.

Software as a Service-solution on the road to further expansion in the Nordics
Our Library & Learning organisation is responsible for delivering our product Cicero - a complete software suite designed for modern libraries. The product was created as a national Danish initiative to allow all the nation’s libraries to collaborate on building the strongest, most modern library system possible. The product has since expanded to several international markets, with the newest addition being the entrance into the Norwegian library market.

A key player in Library & Learning
As the Project Manager, your role entails crafting and overseeing project plans for development and implementation and orchestrating project activities in alignment with the established plan. Most of your responsibilities will revolve around nurturing the strategic collaboration between Systematic and our existing clientele. This involves maintaining seamless alignment on project plans, deliverables, and implementations to ensure the overall success of the projects.

The position is the right fit if you want to work closely with our customers while also working with the classical project management disciplines, including:

  • Managing the project budget and resource requirements to ensure the effective allocation of resources internally
  • Being the people manager for six support and implementation consultants in Aarhus and Copenhagen, Denmark, as well as Stockholm, Sweden.
  • Monitoring project expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports
  • Preparing and presenting regular project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

Business-oriented Project Manager for whom strong relations are a key focus
We are looking for a new Project Manager with 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with people management,, eager to drive development forward to international markets, and interested in or knowledge of libraries. In this role, you will forge cross-cultural connections between our customers and the product development team, enriching your international exposure and expertise. Additionally, we envisage that you:

  • Want to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing organisation
  • Are proactive and have a structured approach
  • Have what it takes to deliver on agreed cost and time while upholding quality.
  • Enjoy coordinating and cooperating with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Speak and write Danish fluently and have a good command of English
  • Might hold a project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) – however, this is not a requirement
