HR Coordinator

The position

Would you like to be part of an HR team full of energy and with a passion for what we do? A team where well-being and daily collaboration are paramount? Can you see yourself as valuable partner for the business, handling HR Administration maintenance of policies, answering questions regarding holiday, maternity leave etc. If you have knowledge of payroll, that is an added plus. Then you might be the one we are looking for!

The team

You will be part of our Nordic HR team in Virum, consisting of 4 colleagues. We are passionate about providing excellent service and work together to ensure we maintain brilliant basics while representing the team and the business in everything that we do. Together we maintain great relationships and enjoy a good laugh. We have a good collaboration with all our stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

We work as a team and will adapt your areas of responsibility according to your abilities and interests. However, we imagine your tasks could include:

• Issuing employment contracts and amendment letters

• Creating and maintaining Master data in our HRIS – Workday

• Registering our employees in our Pension Schemes

• Supporting our sites with administrative queries incl. payroll questions

• Issuing severance agreements and terminations letters

• Advising on maternity rules, holiday law, etc.

• Maintaining and updating our policies, including preparing material to assist our managers

• Supporting the planning and implementation of people-related activities

• Supporting where needed with a range of HR administration assignments and projects

What do you bring

We’re a small team with a passion for what we do, so it’s key that you’re enthusiastic, driven and keen to be part of a team. There is no specific background that is right for the role, but it’s important that you have a solid knowledge of HR in general, enjoys personnel administrative tasks and have an eye for detail.

It is an advantage if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in HR administration

• Knowledge of the legislation regarding employment conditions and termination rules

• Knowledge of collective agreements, local agreements, the Maternity Act, the Salaried Employees Act and holidays Act.

• Experience and skill in working with HRIS – e.g. Workday and preferably Visma payroll

• A natural flair for digital tools and a genuine interest in IT

• A basic understanding of and interest in working with data and analyses

• Good at communicating in Danish and English, both written and spoken

• Possible experience with payroll administration, including bookkeeping and reconciliation – or a willingness to learn.

You don't have to know everything from the start. We provide thorough training, and would love if you want to learn new things and improve . We work as a team and support each other, so you will have a good opportunity to influence which tasks you take on.
