Ferring + you You will join our team of medical directors within the Global Research & Medical organization at our International PharmaScience Center in Copenhagen. With a global perspective, we cover all aspects of the drug development lifecycle, from the initial in-human trials to product launches and support of marketed products.

Depending on the project and product, you can expect to play a leading role in data/evidence generation, interpretation, and communication, and you will:

• Design and participate in the conduct of clinical trials of new products
• Asses innovative external pipeline opportunities
• Support the ongoing studies of existing marketed products
• Publish study results
• Provide medical support for marketed products
• Create medical education about the products and the associated diseases

While you are encouraged to spend time at our state-of-the-art waterfront offices in Copenhagen, you can also work from home up to two days a week.

You have preferably completed training as a specialist gastroenterologist, and a formal qualification as a pharmaceutical physician or a Ph.D. degree will be an advantage.

Your background and experience also include:

• An education as a medical doctor (MD or equivalent)
• Solid clinical practice and R&D or medical affairs experience, preferably within gastroenterology
• A good understanding of clinical research methodology
• Great communication skills in English, both written and spoken
