Our HQ is located in Humlebæk, and here you will join the Coloplast Professional team which is part of Marketing & Services in Innovation. The purpose of this team is to define how we engage with healthcare professionals to improve standard of care and drive clinical preference of Coloplast product offerings. We are responsible for our service brand for health care professionals, “Coloplast Professional”.

The Coloplast Professional team consists of 10 dedicated colleagues with various backgrounds, that individually drive educational and engagement initiatives within specific business areas. Your responsibility will be to define the HCP Education & Engagement plan for the Continence Care (CC) business area and work closely with the team and others on delivering on the plan. Your close stakeholders include CC marketing, Evidence & Adoption, Regulatory Affairs and our Digital teams.

You set the direction on how we want to drive HCP Engagement globally in the future
As an HCP education manager, you are responsible for setting the direction of how we want to engage HCP’s through education globally within Continence Care. This includes developing an engagement strategy and plan that supports our business objective whilst strengthening our position as educational providers to HCP’s.

Specifically, this means that you will:

  • Define the educational journey for our HCP Customers (e.g. when paving the way for new product launches)
  • Develop the content road map (covering all clinical content we want to convey to HCP’s)
  • Create the HCP Education & Engagement plan to ensure that the content is delivered across various channels (Online, Webinars, Brochures, ShortReads, Symposiums)
  • Translate insights and clinical knowledge into compelling and engaging content
  • Develop educational ‘campaigns’ and tools
  • Collaborate with our key markets on implementing educational campaigns and shaping our educational offerings

An excellent educational strategist with a strong commercial business mindset
You are a quick study who can easily grasp onto new knowledge and clinical insights and transform it into educational and engagement activities. Furthermore, you are a team player who understands the value of great collaborations across divisions.

Your organised mindset combined with your profound business understanding makes you a sharp strategist who knows how to create the best educational offering on the market, rooting it firmly in our business strategy and consolidating it effectively with the healthcare professionals.

Besides that, you have:

  • A master’s degree within a relevant field, e.g. business, marketing or communication
  • 7+ years of experience with marketing, medical marketing, communication, and business strategy
  • Experience working within the commercial field, ideally within life science
  • A strong interest for the medical field
  • Good experience with project management
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English

Within this role, you are expected to be collaborative and supportive with the team, and you will be working with many different people, both in HQ, other countries and with agencies. It’s important to have a team player mentality with good facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
