The position
As an IntraLogistics (WH/MH) Specialist (Subject Matter Expert), you will be responsible for IntraLogistics design principles, automation, and standardization concepts to ensure that the chosen solution for expansions aligns with the business needs. In your role as the Subject Matter Expert, you will set the direction and orchestrate the development and application of standards and automation, in accordance with the business requirements.

Furthermore, the selected solutions ensure the safeguarding of production output, and organizational capabilities are in place, with proper assessments conducted prior to going live.

The scope includes all manufacturing sites across Novo Nordisk. As the SME you will participate and implement from Line of Business (LoB) perspective in close collaboration with stakeholders in various departments.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Storage and warehouse sizing
• Flow simulations for bottleneck analysis
• IntraLogistics assessments and strategic improvement plans
• Blueprint analysis of organization and capabilities
• Define KPI’s and set up performance management as well as ad hoc project management or support

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

• An academic degree within supply chain, chemical, production engineer or similar
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience within IntraLogistics (WH/MH)
• Experience from GMP environment will be considered an advantage
• Full proficiency in spoken and written English

About the department
Product Supply Finished Products Manufacturing is an area within Novo Nordisk that is responsible for IntraLogistics across Novo Nordisk Product Supply 15+ manufacturing sites. We are looking for a Specialist (SME) within IntraLogistics supporting our growing department.
