We can offer you the following tasks
The central function Operations Innovation & Excellence (OIE) supports the 12 production sites worldwide and is also responsible for projects to make the best possible use of synergy effects along the entire value chain. In our projects, we combine the expertise of process management, operational excellence, IT portfolio management and digitalization.

• Definition and implementation of projects to implement our OT cyber security strategy in close cooperation with IT and production departments
• Participate in the implementation of our digitalization strategy for the production network while increasing our OT security
• Supporters for the various topics of OT security for the production network
• Further development of asset management and enterprise architecture management
• Presentation of the projects in the relevant steering committees
• Operational support for IT portfolio management

These qualifications will help us

• Successfully completed technical studies, e.g. computer science, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of field-tested experience in project management (classic, agile) and the principles and methods of lean management
• Knowledge of one or more of the common IT and OT cyber security standards as well as legal and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIS2
• Initiative, strong communication skills and team player with the ability to work successfully in interdisciplinary and international teams
• High level of analysis and problem-solving skills
• Convincing appearance, assertiveness and enthusiasm in an international environment
