Job Description
In close collaboration with Head of Legal, Tech, Operations and Transformation and members of the team drive and support the efficiency, innovation and digitalization efforts within the Legal, Compliance and Risk department!

Core Responsibilities
In many ways including but not limited to:

  • Perform tasks for company secretarial matters, e.g. changing directors, preparing dividend payout, changing address, updating articles of association, etc.
  • Assistance with providing corporate documentation to colleagues as required;
  • Facilitate notarization, apostille and legalization of various documents;
  • Managing outside counsel and service vendors e.g. within company secretary area;
  • Assisting with legal research and tasks related to companies, insurance and commercial topics;
  • Cross team tasks related to legal Tech, Operations and Transformation projects which includes the continued development of collaboration, knowledge sharing and process optimization within the legal department and ensure a culture of continuous improvement;

LCR Legal Tech, Operations and Transformation is a global team located in Billund, Singapore and Mexico, consisting of a variety of legal positions.

The main focus of the team is to:

  • Drive efficiency, innovation & digitalization in our processes and tools;
  • Drive projects and tasks that support our strategic priorities;
  • Provide operational, tactical and strategic legal tech, operation and transformation support;
  • Continuous collaboration with colleagues and partners to support time and cost efficiency;

Do you have what it takes?
Legal law school/university degree at Master level e.g. Cand. Jur/Cand. Merc. Jur or paralegal with some experience from working at a law firm or inhouse legal department in combination with

  • Good understanding of IT tools;
  • Phenomenal teammate but also ability to work individually;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently;
  • An appetite and ability to learn new skills and; following through on tasks also when it requires attention to the details;
  • Highly collaborative, curious, and open-minded attitude with a "can do" approach;
  • Thrives on working across functional areas and on multiple initiatives and projects;
  • Previous experience working with administrative and/or legal tasks e.g. company law, contract matters, and insurance law would be an advantage;
