Student Assistant, Marketing Automation

About the team:
The EMEA Regional Marketing team consists of Regional Marketing Managers and a Marketing Automation Manager. As part of the team, you will work alongside a group of skilled, motivated, and passionate colleagues focused on driving growth for the business in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, & Africa).

Roles and responsibilities:
This role reports to the Marketing Automation Manager, supporting the EMEA Regional Marketing Managers with their activities, along with one other Student Worker. There is an emphasis on event Marketing.
Pardot is our Marketing Automation Platform, and we use Salesforce as our CRM.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Create Salesforce Campaigns for all activities.
• Create all assets required for each marketing event, including:
  • Email invite, Registration page and Registration form.
  • Social Media banners and Email banners.
  • Event follow up emails.
  • Event reporting
  • Survey creation
  • Translation into local language using translation tools
• Create Lead capture forms for external events.
• Webinar creation
• Creation of target lists
• Keeping our activity tracker up to date
• Look for process improvements, update user manuals if there is a change in process.
• Email performance reporting

Who are you:

• The ideal candidate is a bachelor or master’s student, preferably in a relevant subject within marketing and communications.
• You have excellent written and verbal English skills.
• You are curious about digital marketing processes and can communicate with different stakeholders both orally and in writing.
• You can work 15 hours a week – we understand the importance of the balance between job and your studies and are flexible around your working days.

Please note that the position is on-site at our headquarters in Brøndby, Denmark, and requires that you have a valid Danish work visa. There is some flexibility to work from home.
