Senior Product Manager EG Industrials

Do you want to have a real impact in shaping the future of our product? Are you an experienced product manager who would like to solve customer problems and grow a product globally starting with Nordics? Then you are our new Senior Product Manager at EG Industrials.

As our new Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in repositioning our product in the market to drive growth. We are looking for you, with a proven track record of successfully launching or growing digital products in the Nordic markets. Proficiency in at least one Nordic language is essential, as you will support our growing sales team while working closely with our UX, product marketing and product development teams.

We have teams spread across three countries: Denmark, Norway, and India. Your primary office location will be in Copenhagen, Odense, Kolding or Aarhus in Denmark. We are a growing team of 150+ people building products across Asset management, transportation, and quality management under the Industrial Business Unit. You will be part of the Product Management and Marketing team which also has UX ownership.

Key responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for...

Product Development and Management

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities and reposition the product effectively.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance product positioning and market penetration in the Nordic markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap and rally people from different functions towards a common product goal.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.

Product Marketing & Sales Support

• Work closely with the sales team to provide product expertise, support sales strategies, and drive product growth.
• Partner with the product marketing team to create impactful marketing campaigns, product presentations and materials that resonate with the target audience.

Customer Engagement

• Engage with customers to gather insights, understand their needs, and translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What you need to be successful in the role:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching or growing digital products in the Nordic or similar markets.

Mindset & Skills

• Passion to build the best digital product that customers and consumers love.
• Entrepreneurial mindset in identifying an opportunity in the market and iterating your way to success.
• Strong understanding of product positioning and market growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in at least one Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish or Norwegian).
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
