About the job
In Payroll we are continuously working with improving our processes which is a journey you will be a part of through your daily task. Main purpose of the position is to run all tasks related to payroll.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Run monthly payroll using the designated system tools.
- Engage with internal and external customers on resolutions to service requests within payroll area, escalated from HR Customer Support.
- Administration of the time & attendance system.
- Play a central role on continuously improving/updating the HR knowledge base regarding Payroll and benefits with a strong focus on aligning processes across the national sites.
What you know
You have experience in a similar role and have worked with payroll activities. Strong system understanding and knowledge of Lessor 5 is preferable, along with experience in time registration systems. Experience with Workday is an advantage. Additionally, you should be able to communicate in both English and Danish, with Swedish being an advantage.
