Are you energetic, self-driven and can communicate with people at all levels? Are you fluent in English and would you like to become a vital part of the Investor Relations team? Then join us for this exciting new position in NKT’s Investor Relations team, where you will play an important role supporting and coordinating activities across the team and for senior management.

What can you expect from the position?
The position is anchored in the Investor Relations team which consists of two colleagues located in Denmark. Besides your main role as IR coordinator, you will also be expected to support our two Senior Vice Presidents for Group Finance and Business Finance with some personal assistance support, including facilitating meetings, capturing actions, delegation and strong follow-up. In terms of expected time allocation, Investor Relations will weigh 50% and PA support 25% for each SVP.

You main tasks will be:
• First point of contact for incoming e-mails from investor community
• Preparation of webcast and investor meetings
• Coordination with external and internal stakeholders to ensure effective and relevant investor meetings
• Calendar and travel management for both IR team and SVP’s
• Update and management of investor homepage
• Coordinating factory visits and other capital market events
• Supporting IR team and SVPs on ad-hoc tasks

What do we expect from the candidate:
• Experience as an executive assistant or IR coordinator in an international environment
• Strong administrative skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluent in English - both verbal and written (high level proficiency)
• Service-minded, positive, resilient personality
• Strong time management skills
• Structured and process oriented
• Flexible and quick to adjust, as you cannot always know what the day may bring
• Thriving in a high pace work environment
• Outgoing as a person – in action and mindset
• Like to take initiative and collaborate with a broad variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Preferably good knowledge level about Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Salary range for this position is from 2400 Eur to 2800 Eur brutto.
