CyberSecurity SME

The role will be positioned at the Enterprise Security unit headed by the CISO and will be the link towards our Cyber Defence Center/Security Operations Center and general corporate IT functions. As a Cyber Security SME you will play a key role in defining and implementing our security strategy and ensuring alignment with our security program.

You will have the opportunity to shape our IT security and security monitoring, drive innovation, and lead transformative initiatives to enhance our organization's security capabilities.

The position requires solid knowledge and expertise within IT security, security GRC, and related security standards/frameworks. Knowledge/experience with SOC is preferred.

Enterprise Security:
Aeven’s Enterprise Security function – headed by the CISO – is responsible for setting the security requirements, managing the security risks and overseeing the needed security improvement activities.

Your Responsibilities
As a Cyber Security SME, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain Aeven’s desired implementation levels of the CIS18 security framework. Special focus on corporate IT + monitoring and incident handling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current and wanted risk levels and translate them into security requirements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline existing security requirement implementation.
• Assess efficiency of current security controls and drive implementation of needed security measures.
• Safeguards information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems.
• Gather and assesses data to assess Aeven's security profile.
• Implements security improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Proven experience as a security specialist, security engineer, security analyst or a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering enterprise-wide security.
• Solid understanding of current and emerging security technologies. Proven experience with cloud security is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical security solutions.
• Experience in leading security reviews, technology evaluations, and feasibility studies Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• It is preferred that you have one or more security certifications. E.g. CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, CISM
• Regardless of your background, the right drive and passion for creating strong relationships with your stakeholders is at the heart of what we are looking for.
• You have good Danish and English skills both orally and in writing.
