We are looking for a new talented Sales Manager to join our sales team in Copenhagen, driving exceptional sales performance and providing strategic leadership for our sales force.

The opportunity:

As a Sales Manager at TP Aerospace, you will be responsible for spearheading regional sales initiatives, meeting targets, and ensuring profitability for our COM and DIST product lines. You will report directly to the Global Sales Director and play a key role in involving strategic account management, new business development, and fostering long-term partnerships within the airline and MRO segments.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead day-to-day regional sales activities, ensuring achievement of sales targets and maintaining high margins.
  • Identify and prioritize key customers within the assigned territory and mapping out opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular bi-weekly reports to the Global Sales Director and highlighting sales trends and developments.
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand TP Aerospace's customer base within the airline and MRO sectors.
  • Source relevant Used Serviceable Material (USM) from airlines and MROs to meet internal demand and support business objectives.
  • Develop the Distribution (DIS) vertical, capitalizing on market opportunities and driving incremental sales.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop integrated solutions and secure long-term agreements for DIS assemblies and piece parts.
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes and procedures, while maximizing sales prices and margins.
  • Participate in industry fairs and exhibitions, contributing to defining relevant marketing strategies.

We seek a team member that can identify with the description below:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation sales and hold a degree in either Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or another related field.
  • You possess advanced knowledge of the airline industry, with a deep network within airlines and MROs.
  • You demonstrate proficiency in Quantum Controls and MS Office suite.
  • You exhibit a solid grasp of basic financial principles and budgeting concepts.
  • You have a strong ability to cultivate new business and expand the customer base.
  • You are skilled in sourcing used components from airlines, experience with solution selling is advantageous.
  • You are self-motivated and demonstrate a structured approach.
  • You possess willingness and ability to travel extensively, with an expectation of 60 travel days per year.
  • You are fluent in English both verbally and written.
