With reference to the Senior Director, you are offered a unique possibility to join our team on the journey towards Cloud Excellence. You will be part of our established team in Lystrup, Denmark, working closely with colleagues from various departments to drive our cloud initiatives forward.

Main responsibility
As part of the Cloud Services team, you will be responsible for our cloud solutions out of Lystrup. To be successful in this position, you will develop and drive cloud strategy, execute cost-saving initiatives, and ensure efficient cloud implementation and continuous improvement. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Terma and help facilitate internal requirements from our business units and sales organization. Furthermore, you will support and drive cloud-specific KPIs and ensure we remain on target.

Your professional qualifications
You will have a relevant educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, and have experience with cloud technologies and team leadership. You are used to dealing with multiple stakeholders and know the value of developing cloud strategies and managing cloud services. Furthermore, we expect the ideal candidate to possess the below qualifications as well:

• Proven experience in cloud technologies (Azure, M365)
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in strategic leadership and team management
• Fluent in English is a requirement
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office package

This is a full time position based at Terma premises in Brasov, Romania and travel is to be expected. The starting date is expected to be 15th August 2024
