The PMO (Project Management Office) is a regional department, which reports directly to the Senior VP of Customer Project Execution NCE organization. The PMO provides governance for the end-to-end Customer project execution for the Power Solutions P&L. Priorities include driving Communication projects, KPI's, Standardization and Governance to optimize & enable the Customer Project Execution organization to achieve CPX strategy & purpose.

Responsibilities
We have a new and exciting role where you can shape and implement changes across the region within our Customer Project Execution organisation.
Your main responsibilities will be:

• Ensure orchestration of change and communication journey often associated with the implementation of strategic initiative;
• Creates and executes communication plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;
• Mobilizes project resources as appropriate. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities;
• Ensure effective relationships with key business stakeholders and ensures that business requirements are effectively captured;
• Create and maintain strategy or goal overview (scope, resources, timelines, action log, risks, roadblocks and gap analysis);
• Program delivery control: Lead the relevant project cadence and drive program governance process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's Degree is a favorable addition, but not required
• 4-6 years of experience in working on international transformation or change management projects or in communications
• Experience working in a global organization with complex geographical context (matrix organization)
• Experienced with senior stakeholder management
• Confident at problem solving, gathering and sharing information, with sound business judgment and a solid strategic mindset
• Business fluent spoken and written English
