Main responsibilities:

• Works closely with senior management to develop and implement the P&C strategy that aligns with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
• Acts as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, providing advice, guidance, and support on all P&C matters, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and compensation.
• Optimizes organizational effectiveness through the application of P&C processes such as organizational design and strategic planning.
• Drives talent management initiatives, including talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership training, team building, feedback, wellbeing, annual P&C wheel trainings etc.
• Close collaboration with other P&C colleagues across AGC, project members in global CoE driven projects.
• Alignment with TA and P&C Operations.

• Strong at connecting with other people and building rapport with colleagues at all organizational levels.
• Good commercial mindset and business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish
• Curious to learn and not afraid of stepping outside the comfort zone.
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• A team player
• Good at priortizing and structuring own tasks & time
• Able to keep a helicopter view and at the same time dive into the important details
