Join Nuuday as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager and take your career to the next level! This role is based in Copenhagen or Århus, Denmark, and reports directly to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain.
You will lead the improvement and sustainability of our S&OP process and work across various functions, including supply chain, finance and commercial, to drive decision-making and firmness of business decisions. In this role, you will need to have a relevant academic degree with a minimum of 5 years of working experience within supply chain management. Experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly with CPE, TV boxes, routers, and other telecommunications materials, is highly valued, but not a prerequisite. You should also have high communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, a proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, analytical and problem-solving abilities, comprehensive organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple priorities. You will be expected to contribute to the following areas through the following activities:
- Take the leading role in preparing for the S&OP meeting by aligning on prioritized cases and understanding the financial implications of different scenarios
- Lead the facilitation of the S&OP meeting, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged, decisions are made, and execution plans are articulated
- Ensure the S&OP process is maintained at the intended level of maturity and maintain tracking of attendees, action plans, outcomes, and meeting summaries
- Document the current process and collaborate with S&OP members for continuous improvement
- Build rapport, understanding, and trust with key stakeholders through ongoing dialogue and delivering results
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, listening to multiple viewpoints and understanding their relevance to S&OP outcomes
- Focus on continuous improvement and identify opportunities to simplify and integrate process steps
Qualifications To be succesfull in this role, you need to have a relevant academic degree with a minimum of 5 years of working experience within supply chain management with focus on S&OP.
Experience in managing and participating in outsourcing tenders is highly valued for this position
