You will join the Cost Management team
Rambøll is on a globalization journey, and we currently have a revenue of approx. DKK 17 billion and 100 reporting companies. As our new Head of IT Finance, you will join our Cost Management Finance team, which is a part of Group Finance, and you will be part of a skilled, dedicated, and ambitious team, that is dedicated to managing the performance of our global Support functions, where you will be an important part with the responsibility for supporting the Global IT function. You will work out of our head quarter in Copenhagen.You and your team will be a trusted advisor to the Senior Director of Global IT and his organization in matters related to cost management, financial analysis, business planning and performance management. You will be heading a team of 3 Finance Business Partners for Global IT located in India.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• As a trusted finance partner, you are the custodian of the global performance of Global IT.
• Overall responsibility of financial results and financial planning of the Global IT Function in Ramboll.
• Drive a continuous cost improvement mindset and proactively identifies opportunities to optimize costs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the rest of finance.
• Defining, tracking, and maintaining the sets of KPI’s that are used to steer the function.
• Work closely with the Senior Director for Global IT as the trusted finance partner. This involves getting familiar and forming network throughout the Global IT function.
• Organizing financial reviews together with Senior Director for Global IT and the IT Management team.
• Preparing consolidated overview of Global IT results, budget etc. Being the one for overall analyses, trends, calculations, and simulations.
• Taking ownership of the complex allocations that is part of the Global IT area.
• Official communication towards FDs and CFO and more senior stakeholders in general.

• You have 7+ years of work experience within financial planning & analysis, and/or experience as a trusted finance partner.
• You thrive of challenging the status quo and can put together and execute a plan for change.
• You have a positive attitude and have outspoken collaboration skills and work well with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint are a requirement as you will be leading financial modelling. Experience from working with business intelligence systems is an advantage. Today we use systems like Power BI and Jedox.
• You have a solid understanding of financial statement analysis and accounting principles.
• You are a self-starter, striving for continuous process improvements and hold high attention to the detail.
• Excellent communication skills and mastering the discipline of presenting data in a clear and concise manner is a must.
