We offer
A unique role where you will join the global Finance and Performance Management (FPM) organization, located partly at our Head Office in Hørsholm and in our regional offices around Europe as well as the US.

As part of strengthening the execution power in our global FPM Sales and Marketing organization, we are looking for fresh talents to drive analysis, projects and insights.

You will support the global organization with a variety of tasks from streamlining processes, to creating insights and supporting on ad hoc requests.

You will have a broad exposure to many elements across the Finance and Performance toolbox and build up a great network.

Key responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Senior Director, FPM Sales and Marketing, who is part of the FPM leadership team, you will act as a sparring partner and support execution of our Finance Strategy.

The FPM area is characterized by a dynamic and international working environment with constant focus on driving impact for VELUX and developing our employees.

Specifically, as Business Finance Analyst you will:

• Develop and support the financial planning and forecasting process of Global Sales and Marketing.
• Create global templates to support regional organization in delivering insights
• Support the execution of the Finance Strategy
• Develop key insights on Global Sales performance
• Support Senior Director with ad hoc requests for analysis and process optimization
• Support ad hoc financial projects such as business case development or streamlining of cost reporting across the global organisation.

Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will hold a master's degree within Business Economics, Finance or similar combined with a couple of years of experience in a relevant Finance and Performance Management Function preferably from a global company. Alternatively you can be a recent graduate with a big interest in the area.

Your strong interest and experience within finance and performance management, your analytical mindset and your ability to build relationships and communicate with various stakeholders across the organisation will lead you to succeed in this role.

Moreover you have a natural curiosity to understand our business and the way we operate. Others perceive you as proactive and ambitious, with a strong desire to advance and develop both professionally and personally.

Furthermore you:

• Are a proficient user of MS Office
• Are proficient in English both written and spoken
• Possess excellent analytical problem-solving skills and be able work on several projects or tasks at the same time
• Are passionate about making a difference, and understand how to drive performance through insight, cooperation and aspirations.
