What is Aeven?

• Aeven is one of Denmark’s largest IT Infrastructure providers.
• Aeven delivers critical infrastructure which require high stability and security.
  We manage the infrastructure of customers such as Novo Nordisk, Denmark’s Nationalbank, Forsvaret, Arla, Vestas, BaneDanmark, Andel, PFA, AP Pension.
• Aeven is not a house-hold name yet. Aeven was up until recently named NNIT, but the companies split back in mid-2023. Aeven being a company who purely focus on Infrastructure, Cloud & Security and NNIT being a company who purely focus on Application Management and Development.

What do we offer you in this position?

• We can give you experience with roles such as Portfolio Manager, Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager and Product Owner. These are positions where it can be hard to obtain formal education in the Danish educational system – meaning experience within these areas are obtained through real world praxis. This should give you a nice kick-start to your career after you’re done with your education.
• We hope to mature you for a full-time position in Aeven once you’re done with your education. Our intention is to enable you to start up as a full-time employee as either a Project Manager, Portfolio Manager or Service Delivery Manager.
• We hope to give you the possibility to develop yourself. Aeven is a company in massive development after a split with the company NNIT. Now that Aeven is a company more focused on IT Infrastructure, we will be re-thinking many systems and processes to ensure they better support our core business. We need more people to help us on that journey.
• We hope to make you feel part of a company where studying and working can be done simultaneously – without going crazy from overwhelming workload. We do have some expectations for you, but we also understand that your education comes first.

Which competencies are considered a “must” for this position?

• Experience with full office pack (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Fluent in English language – corporate language of Aeven is English and we have many international colleagues in DK and offices in the Czech Republic and the Philippines.
• A desire to continuously optimize and improve current ways of working.
• Capability to learn at very high speed.
• Capability to adapt to a changing work environment.

Which competencies are considered a “plus” for this position? None of these are required for applications.

• Experience with excel formulas, macros and general BI functionality.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerApps in general.
• Experience with Data Management and AI.
• Experience with Financial Management or Accounting (Revenue Recognition, Invoicing, Budgeting, understanding a company ledger, etc.).
