Service Business Process Manager

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will get the opportunity of having ownership of an ABB application that supports processes throughout the entire product lifecycle for our Robotics division globally. As the Application Business Owner, you will have the overall accountability for the application and its associated processes. You are responsible for the entire application lifecycle, including design, strategy, execution, and ensuring the application works reliably, serves its users, and remains fit for purpose to deliver value to the organization. Your responsibilities include securing necessary resources for application development, operation, and maintenance, ensuring both budget and personnel availability. You will align the application with the business strategy and needs, defining the business objectives, priorities, and requirements in alignment with overall business goals. Additionally, you will oversee performance management, foster adoption, and drive continuous improvement of the application. Examples of other responsibilities: • Drive short- and long-term action plans to develop common functionalities of the application. • Training & support to business and stakeholders. • Act as point of contact for the application and manage key application stakeholders: business stakeholders and users. • Accountable for application security and compliance, in line with external and internal regulations.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in application management and operation in global companies.
• Understanding and experience of business process improvement and optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Result oriented, team player and ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment.
• Strong written & spoken English language skills. Swedish knowledge is meritorious.
