People Consultant – help drive the People agenda with focus on management sparring

You will be part of a highly professional team of 11 colleagues consisting of People Consultants, Partners and P&C Specialists. We are spanning the full HR range based on our individual competencies and experience and we are each other’s best sparring partners. We develop and learn from each other every day.

A wide range of exciting tasks
We look forward to welcoming you to the team. You’ll work at different levels in our organization and quickly create trusting relationships with our managers. The role offers you plenty of opportunity to draw from your competencies and experience in shaping the tasks.

Your daily work consists of many different tasks in the employee lifecycle and in connection with the HR annual cycle of work at Norlys. Recruitment will cover a larger part of your work, but not all of it. In summary, your primary tasks will be to:

• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with the recruiting manager
• Provide general HR support to the managers in the organization
• Participate in various HR tasks/projects

You are a skilled sparring partner and can quickly create a trusting relationship with our managers
You have a Master’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience from a large company. You have gathered a strong set of HR skills and have experience within recruitment of both managers and specialists. You are a skilled sparring partner and can operate successfully in the cross-field between business and HR.

You are committed to your tasks and thrive in collaborating with others in a professional environment and close to the managers. You know that communication is crucial in your role, and you focus on your goals with an open mind. Last but not least, you contribute with positive energy, structure and flexibility and want to share knowledge and teach others.
