Job Description
Are you passionate about creating digital worlds and bringing LEGO magic to life in the gaming universe? We're looking for a creative and innovative Senior Digital Model Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of designing digital models that seamlessly integrate into our immersive gaming environments.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design digital models that can live within our gaming worlds
  • Deliver digital play models for internal and external LEGO GAME partners.
  • Work closely with the team on delivering great LEGO Gaming experiences.
  • Experiment with new tools and integrations, enabling the possibilities with LEGO gaming experiences.
  • Build models in LDD, expanding LEGO models in the digital space.
  • Update, ideate and explore the models based on quality, community feedback and new LEGO worlds across the LEGO Group.
  • Bring curiosity to explore new technologies and ways of working that can help us improve and move our systems
  • Be curious about what kids play on Gaming Ecosystems

The LEGO Games team is responsible for all game products across the LEGO Group. It is our ambition to demonstrate that games based on the LEGO Idea can be the most fun, creative and collaborative, while being safe. Developed for everyone and loved by children.

Do you have what it takes?

  • A degree in design, UX, computer science is preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in consumer-packaged goods, plus 2 years of digital content marketing.
  • Other considerations include Travel, Work Authorizations/Sponsorships, and or specific niche functional or industry experience required.
  • Being a great teammate, with a positive demeanor and good collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience working with digital design tools
  • Passion to create and work with creative team members to build amazing games
  • Thrives upon change. Comfortable prototyping and working with iterative development process
  • Ability to organize and create transparency around own work, and the work of others
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English

Please note: This is a permanent position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
