We’re on the lookout for an IT Solutions Architect
Eficode is looking for an experienced IT Solutions Architect. This is a new role and you will be key in creating and applying a unified and scalable IT structure throughout our entire business. This includes working closely with Eficode’s ERP, HRM, and financial platforms. We're searching for someone who has a solid track record of setting up comprehensive global IT solutions that make our internal operations smoother and more connected.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As our new IT Solutions Architect, you'll play a crucial role in designing and setting up the core systems that strengthen our global consultancy business. This involves crafting and executing a comprehensive strategy for integrating many systems into a unified IT framework. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and Implementing a Global IT Architecture: Design and implement a master plan for integrating country-specific systems into a single, cohesive architecture, ensuring seamless operations and information flow.
• Leading Technical Integrations: Oversee the technical integration of Eficode’s ERP, HRM, and Financial systems, utilizing your expertise to build a robust, unified toolset that supports our global ambitions.
• Implementing Technological Solutions: Identify, develop, and implement modern solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic business objectives.
• Hands-on System Development: Actively participate in the configuration, deployment and customization of IT systems to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Technical Advising and Collaboration: Serve as a technical advisor within the organization, promoting best practices in IT development and fostering collaboration across teams to achieve a unified IT architecture vision.
• Aligning IT with Business Goals: Ensure IT strategies and solutions are in perfect alignment with business objectives, facilitating growth and operational excellence.

Who are we looking for?
Our new IT Solutions Architect will lead the technical implementation and strategy of our IT architecture to scale Eficode globally. We seek an innovative and experienced professional to own our IT landscape, focusing on HR and financial system integration and optimization. This role involves understanding business needs, driving the strategic direction of our IT infrastructure, and implementing scalable solutions to support global expansion and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, strategic vision, and hands-on skills to build the future of our IT systems.

Our ideal IT Solutions Architect is someone who has:

• Hands-on experience in IT integration projects and building globally scalable platforms (particularly in HR and financial systems).
• System administration: you are experienced in managing servers based on Linux, Windows, or in the cloud with AWS, Azure, or OpenStack.
• Experience with API design, development, and integration for HR and financial systems, including proficiency in RESTful and SOAP APIs, API gateways, and data security practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to conceptualize complex IT solutions.
• Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven experience of working effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
• Shares our continuous learning and knowledge-sharing culture.

It’s advantageous if you have:

• Proficiency in the Atlassian stack, Netsuite, Salesforce, and HRM platforms, with a keen understanding of how to leverage these tools in a global architectural framework.
• Automation: you may have set up, built, and deployed systems using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or equivalent.
• Version control: you may be skilled in handling source code in Git, using, for instance, GitLab and GitHub with artifacts in Nexus or Artifactory.
• Experience in working within a consultancy business.
