The Role:

On behalf of Mannaz – we are looking for a talented, energetic, and responsible colleague who is passionate about IT and software development. You will play a key role in driving Mannaz’s digital transformation and enabling real impact for the benefit of your colleagues. Mannaz need someone mature, experienced, and versatile in working across strategy and execution, digital transformation, automation, project management, and hands-on coding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute the IT strategy
• Maintain and develop the existing codebase
• Guide and manage external partners for daily IT operations and IT security
• Write requirement specifications for new systems, integrations, and automation
• Curiosty in relation to AI and the opportunity to co-develop new offerings with the business
• Act as project manager for various IT projects
• Prepare and manage IT budgets
• Manage subcontractors and vendors
• Handle licenses and price negotiations
• Set up, hire, and lead the future IT team at Mannaz.
• Proven track record in IT project management, integration, and automation implementation
• Experience in coding systems and integrations
• Familiarity with SQL,MY Sql, VBA for Excel, ASP.NET, PowerShell, Maconomy, and PowerBI is advantageous
• Reverse engineering skills for supporting legacy systems
• Good process understanding and some familiarity with development methodologies
• Proficient in English.
• Excellent communication skills with managers, non-IT employees, and IT personnel
• Passionate about IT and emerging technologies, self-driven in acquiring new knowledge
• Solution-oriented with a service-minded and accommodating approach
• Broad knowledge of various IT technologies and systems
• Ability to determine the best solutions for Mannaz over the latest tech trends
• Enthusiastic about managing, leading, describing, and coding.
