Program Manager

Are you an experienced & self-driven Project Manager that likes steering diverse international teams towards a common goal? We're seeking a proactive leader to spearhead our new projects in Sweden within our IDV department, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

As our new Program Manager, you will be the link between our Swedish client and internal international teams, overseeing smooth handover from the Sales team.

Your challenge - will be to ensure that every department involved in the project is meeting their contractual obligations and internal process goals. You will be crafting and overseeing the Masterplan and thereby tracking milestones to keep projects aligned with predetermined timelines, costs, and quality benchmarks. You will also be monitoring progress, managing risks, costs, and revenues of the project, while monitoring product development and price targets during the offer phase.

Your Toolkit - will be your academic background in Engineering, Economics, or a similar field as well as working experience as a project or program manager. Proficiency in statistical and analytical methods, logistics planning, and a flair for negotiation and communication are essential for your success. As you will be our local expert, a good knowledge of the Swedish market and experience within the field of commercial vehicles is required. To be able to communicate smoothly both to internal international teams and to a local client, a fluency in spoken and written Swedish & English is needed. Your main work location will be in Skåne (with option to work from home) but there will also be some travel within Sweden as well as to Italy.
