This role has an integral part in our ambitious "Forward ’28" strategy, offering a unique opportunity to significantly influence our customer experience and business growth.
As the Head of Commercial Partnerships DK, you will be the main motivation behind our partnership initiatives within the Personal Customers DK division. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire partnership lifecycle. This includes identifying potential partners in the market, establishing relationships, managing negotiations, ensuring profitable partnerships, and overseeing their growth.

Transform partnerships into a commercial growth driver
You will lead a team of 7 relationship managers who are at the forefront of transforming partnerships into a commercial growth driver. You will mentor the team, create a collaborative and efficient environment, and manage the team's transformation.
You will ensure they develop the necessary skills and adapt to the new culture, enabling them to excel in their roles and contribute to the success of our partnership initiatives. Your key responsibilities include:
- Manage the entire partnership process, from identifying potential partners to building and nurturing relationships, directing negotiations, ensuring partnerships are profitable, and overseeing continuous commercial growth.
- Leverage partnerships to grow our customer base and generate new sources of revenue.
- Act as the liaison between various stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
Your role will involve engaging leadership and commercial teams and managing their expectations and contributions towards the partnerships. You will also turn strategic plans into action and deliver results – why your ability to deliver strategies effectively will be key in driving the success of our partnerships.
