The position
As a Senior Quality Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our aseptic production area. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting direction for quality and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Handling cases related to production on the automated inspection lines and Environmental Monitoring for newest technology isolator lines.
• Reviewing and approving documents from production, such as batch documentation, deviations, change requests, and SOP updates.
• Engaging in validation activities and participating in projects.
• Collaborating with the team to solve challenges through open and honest dialogue.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our way of working and embracing new ideas.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• A MSc in Pharmacy, Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or a similar field.
• Several years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with aseptic production is highly advantageous.
• Fluent communication skills in Danish and English.

On a personal level, you should be ambitious, curious, proactive, and have a strong interest in personal and team development. You should also demonstrate a service-minded attitude, the ability to set direction, and a focus on simplicity. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders and colleagues.

About the department
At Injectable Finished Products (IFP) QA Hillerød we are responsible for quality assurance of the Aseptic and Finished Production in Hillerød. The department is developing rapidly, and you will be part of a newly established team in a department of +80 dedicated and engaged employees.

The team is one of four teams in the department responsible for QA for the aseptic production. There is a strong collaboration between the teams, ensuring flexibility and the development of competencies. We can offer you an exciting and challenging job with committed colleagues.
