Your profile
As the People and Culture Country Partner in Denmark, you will support the people agenda in the different departments in Denmark, work with peers in other countries on the annual HR Wheel, and contribute to & execute the People and Culture strategy of BA Wind. Furthermore, you will act as the People Country Partner for Denmark, supporting the international organisation with Danish-specific HR topics.

In this position, you will report to the People and Culture Country Partner Manager in BA Wind. You will be part of a team of People and Culture Country partners, based in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, and Denmark.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Provide operational and ad hoc support to Danish and international managers and People & Culture Business Partners related to Danish HR topics.
  • Support and advise management, PCBPs, and local employees with local P&C policies, processes, and local labour law-related issues such as sick leave, performance cases, and conflicts.
  • Support local negotiations with unions.
  • Help with offers, changes in contracts, onboarding, internal transfers, termination, and exits of employees.
  • Inform employees about local P&C related topics such as terms and conditions and, where relevant, the collective labour agreements.
  • Support the recurring P&C annual wheel such as performance management and salary review on a local level.
  • Work collaboratively with Centres of Expertise, HR Service, and other HR Business Partners across the HR function to provide HR solutions to the business. Support and ensure the implementation of new ways of working at all levels.
  • Collect, process, and analyse data for report creation.

Your profile / who are you?
As an individual, you show initiative and have the ability to both challenge and support the organisation. You are unafraid to initiate and implement change, embracing a can-do mentality. Your analytical and structured approach allows you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

You are adept at navigating the dynamics of a transition period, maintaining a positive mindset and focusing on opportunities rather than problems. You excel in complex environments and quickly grasp intricate topics.

You are skilled with data and possess strong analytical capabilities.

You view HR as an integral part of the business and actively invest in understanding the business thoroughly.

  • 5+ years of previous HR generalist experience.
  • An educational background in HR or Business Administration at a degree level or equivalent is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Danish employment law and regulations, and experience applying it within a business context.
  • Experience in supporting Danish union negotiations.
  • Experience in driving the annual HR Wheel.
  • Experience in the wind or renewable industry is preferred, or experience supporting an equivalent technical organisation is required.
  • Relevant experience working in a matrix setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Practical knowledge of HR systems (SAP).
  • Fluent in English and Danish.
