Your profile
As the People and Culture Country Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the People and Culture Country Partners across all countries in Business Area Wind, with additional responsibility for Project/Process Excellence. You will lead the People and Culture Country Partners to effectively support the People and Culture Business Partners, line management, and employees in specific geographical locations or countries to optimise People and Culture strategies. This role ensures that People and Culture processes (Business Area Wind and Group) are developed effectively and implemented with an international perspective while ensuring local compliance with regulations and labour laws. You will be in charge of building a strong, motivated, and engaged People and Culture Country Partner team that can work collaboratively and efficiently in a matrix.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Develop the PCCP team into a high-performing team, capable of working in a matrix.
  • Support and guide each team member in their growth and development.
  • Set the strategic ambition for the team.
  • Define clear roles and responsibilities for the team.
  • Ensure close collaboration with PCBPs and stakeholders for country-specific initiatives.
  • Drive projects end-to-end.
  • Optimise existing processes end-to-end.
  • Implement new processes end-to-end.
  • Execute the annual cycle from a PCCP perspective.
  • Ensure all policies are relevant and updated, including local policies.
  • Support local PCBPs with Workers Council (WC) negotiations.
  • Work collaboratively with other Group PC colleagues such as Centres of Expertise, HR Service, and Payroll across the PC function.
  • Continuously communicate relevant and useful information to the Wind organisation.

You are highly skilled with data and possess strong analytical capabilities, driving data-driven decision-making and process improvement. You view HR as integral to the business, investing in a thorough understanding to contribute to our goal of fossil-free living within one generation.

Your commitment to continuous learning and adapting to HR trends makes you a valuable asset to Vattenfall, ensuring our People and Culture strategies are optimized and effectively implemented across all countries.

  • 5 years of leadership experience with demonstrated ability to lead international teams, drive a performance culture, and develop key skills and knowledge.
  • Minimum 10 years of previous HR experience in various roles, including HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, and HR Project lead.
  • Experience in project/process management and driving change and process improvements.
  • Experience working with workers councils and/or unions.
  • Practical knowledge of HR systems (SAP), Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • An educational background in HR, Business Administration, or other relevant fields. A Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience working in an international environment and within a matrix structure.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong relationship-building, stakeholder collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Analytical and structured way of working, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach.
  • Understanding of diverse perspectives, ability to adapt to diverse work environments, and promotion of inclusive practices.
  • High ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct to build credibility and foster a positive work environment.
  • Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on HR trends, and adapting to changes.
