About the role
On behalf of Alcon, Academic Work is seeking a customer service representative for their Nordic team. This is a temporary position for 6 months, starting from the beginning of august, with the possibility of extension depending on how the organization develops. As part of Alcon’s dynamic Customer Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and efficiency. This is an exceptional opportunity to combine your passion for customer service with a position in one of the world’s leading companies in eye care. - Order processing
- Return processing
- Phone service
- Booking of transportation
- Ad hoc tasks
We are looking for
- Is fluent in Finnish and English, both written and orally
- Has customer service experience
- Possesses strong IT skills and a quick learning curve for new systems
- Experience with SAP is considered an advantage but not required
- Is detail-oriented and thorough
- Is a team player and takes responsibility for their tasks
