About the job
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional project manager to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the CFO’s office, with a significant focus on managing projects, developing business plans, creating PowerPoint presentations, and handling various ad hoc tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for their work, a can-do attitude, and a great focus on delivering results. Advanced communication skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. This role should be seen as a transition into a future manager or director role within finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support various projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Assist in the development and execution of business plans and financial models.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Act as a liaison between the CFO, internal departments, and external partners.
• Assist in special projects and perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the CFO.
• Create and manage high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.

About you
Qualifications:

• Comprehensive written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• High organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Significant interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is favored.
