Head of Finance for Business Unit SI EA and SI Emobility

What part you will play?
As Head of Finance, you will act as Commercial Partner to the head of the Business Units in the country and Smart Infrastructure (SI) Country Finance head. For the operational business performance, you will report to Lead Country Business Unit Finance head and global HQ.

Together with the Business Unit head, you will lead the organization to achieve high and sustainable financial performance and transparency throughout the whole process of value creation towards the customers. You will also drive the financial organization towards the digital transformation to deliver business value.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and motivate your team of 4 employees, including oversees finance, accounting, and business administration activities within the EA and Emobility business units such as actively driving monthly/quarterly closing activities, performance controlling as well as preparation for at participation in business review meetings. Taking financial and commercial responsibility for the whole value creation process – starting from sales phase throughout execution and aftersales process.
• Act as commercial partner to the Head of the Business Unit and assume responsibility for financial performance of the BU, e.g. actively drive cost control, forecasting and budgeting process, and part of negotiations towards customer in regards of Terms & Conditions
• Ensures and enforces effective internal controls, policies and procedures in compliance with IFRS and company policies.
• Drives process improvements and initiatives in the country together with Smart Infrastructure Country Finance Head.
• Works in close collaboration across the Nordic countries and drives process improvements and initiatives across the Nordics countries together with rest of the finance team in Nordic.

The ideal candidate has the following:

• Profound professional experience within the finance area for 5-10 years including a business responsibility. Advantage if you have experience of working in a similar management role.
• Profound understanding of internal business processes.
• Ability to take on responsibility and ownership for processes and actively drive towards results, strategic thinking, initiative, and autonomy.
• Experience working with SAP will be an advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with good written and oral skills.
• Danish language skills will be an advantage and strong communication skills in English are required
