You will take on a new role in our IT Management department (ITM) and report directly to our Senior Director of IT Management.
Systematic is growing in terms of both its international presence and its use of underlying technologies, and in this position you will play a crucial role in managing various projects and collaborating across the different teams in ITM and across the business.

Together with dedicated colleagues, you will split your time between Aarhus, Denmark, and Bucharest, Romania, and focus on the continuous implementation of wide-ranging improvements. ITM leads and oversees internal IT projects, develops and maintains software development applications and business applications, manages IT Infrastructure and provides comprehensive IT support to our workforce.

Contribute to our strategic goals and apply your outstanding leadership skills
As a Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to drive successful deliveries between ITM and our internal project teams to ensure compliance with all relevant frameworks while contributing to the continuous improvements being made in the department. In addition, your tasks will be to:

• project manage larger ITM initiatives and deliveries
• perform a PMO function, facilitating processes such as business prioritisation, risk management and reporting
• contribute to process improvements, automation and KPI frameworks
• delegate, motivate and follow up on project teams
• manage risk to ensure that all risks regarding IT are captured and assessed, and that mitigation actions are identified and implemented.

You should expect 10-15 days of business travel a year.

Experienced Project Manager with IT background
We are looking for a colleague with strong communication skills and with a high level of drive to deliver and successfully drive projects forward.
To perform effectively in this role, you must be IT-literate, hold an IT technical degree and have 3-5 years of Project Manager experience.

We are also looking for a colleague who:

• has the skills that match PRINCE2™ or similar, experience with ITIL frameworks plus a knowledge of compliance frameworks and/or regulatory frameworks
• enjoys coordinating and cooperating with stakeholders across an entire organisation
• has a strong command of English as well as a proactive and structured work style.
