Enable high impact on marketing performance
As a Digital Campaign Specialist, you will join our Global Marketing Team. drives client-centric market marketing campaigns and works to professionalise the digital marketing setup in Ramboll.

As part of the team you will play an important role in implementing and optimising global digital marketing campaigns, and driving various marketing activities across different channels.

You will work closely with ambitious and inclusive colleagues in the global Positioning, Brand, and Client & Sales teams, as well as with business subject matter experts.

What will you do?
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

Build and execute digital marketing campaigns, with primary focus on segments and account-based marketing . This may include:

    • Create and send out campaign e-mails and set-up support creation and optimisation of automated user flows
    • Plan and execute webinars in support of campaigns or strategic initiatives
    • SEM
    • Create, set-up and run paid LinkedIn activities
    • Measure, analyse, and report on digital campaign performance
    • Coordinate content deliveries with marketing colleagues, copywriters, and graphic designers
    • Support subject matter experts in promoting thought leadership initiatives
    • Collaboration with in-house and external agencies and partners

For this role, we believe your starting point is:

  • 2+ years’ experience from a similar role in international B2B company
  • Proven track record within the digital marketing discipline such as, paid SoMe, paid search, e-mail marketing, webinars marketing etc
  • Utilising paid LinkedIn to reach desired audiences
  • Experience with e-mail marketing (preferably also marketing automation)
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, always looking for optimisation opportunities and improving campaign efficiency
  • CTR, CPC, CPM, CRO, MQL, and SQL are not merely acronyms, but a natural part of your toolbox
  • You probably hold a degree in marketing, communication, business, or sales, or similar relevant background

The ideal candidate has experience working with industry-standard tools and systems such as Google Ads, Google Analytics/Piwik Pro, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and HubSpot

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include; as a person you are curious, proactive and structured. You have good communications and interpersonal skills and thrive in a matrix organisation with multicultural teams.
