The remaining staff are located at project sites around the world and are involved in construction, commissioning or operation, maintenance, and service of power plants.

The People, Sustainability & Compliance team
The People, Sustainability and Compliance team comprises several corporate functions: Compliance, Sustainability, QHSE, People (HR) and office administration. We are a diverse team of 12 specialists with a focus on providing professional support to the operation of the business and thereby supporting BWSC’s overall strategy execution.

Our People department is dedicated to recruitment, engagement, development and sparring with the business while ensuring the daily operations run smoothly. With a solid foundation, we need to further develop our digital People tools and processes to better support the business.

What will you be doing?
As HR Consultant in BWSC, you'll be an integral part of our People team, collaborating with colleagues in People (HR), Salary and the wider organization. You'll have the opportunity to tackle diverse challenges and contribute to shaping the future of our People initiatives and processes.

In this key role, you will be responsible for handling various operational HR tasks counting compensation and benefits handling, preparation of employment agreements, handling HR Information Systems (HRIS). You will also be responsible for the creation of video-onboarding of new employees into relevant internal systems, such as time- and absence registration.

Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Maintain and update HRIS database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy of employee records.
  • On- and off-boarding of employees into our internal systems.
  • Optimize data quality, through digitalization and globalization of our HR data.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in HR administration.

Who are we looking for?

You ideally have experience from roles such as HR Consultant, or HR Generalist, where you have been coordinating or leading minor projects or processes. Potentially you have capabilities within compensation and benefits, mobility or a broader context in an international organization. You have a great understanding of and are easy to adapt to new systems, where you are always looking for ways to optimize ways of working.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with or interest in the digitalization of HR data and processes
  • A master’s degree in HRM, business administration, or another relevant field.
  • Proficiency with various systems + Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English - Danish would be an advantage.
  • A team-player, understanding the necessity of collaboration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A growth mindset - always seeking new opportunities and solutions.
