As a Senior Consultant in our Cybersecurity & Resilience Team, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in securing and making their information systems and data resilient. You will also lead and deliver projects in the areas of cyber, AI, compliance, security, and data.

The role:
As a senior consultant in our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and resilience of our clients’ information systems and data. You will be working with challenges like:

• Identifying and managing the cybersecurity risks that affect the clients’ systems and data.
• Developing and implementing effective cybersecurity strategies and policies that align with the clients’ business objectives, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Providing guidance and best practices on information security and resilience to ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and protocols.
• Designing and implementing robust cybersecurity resilience plans to ensure business continuity and recovery in the event of cyber incidents.
• Conduct thorough cybersecurity risk assessments, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Advising and collaborating with senior management and other departments on cybersecurity-related decisions and investments and integrating security measures into business processes and operations.

• Have a strong drive and passion for leading and collaborating with teams.

• Embrace their inner “nerd” and see it as a strength and are sincerely interested in transferring theory into practice.
• Have previous consulting experience and experience working with AI, compliance, privacy, data ethics, cybersecurity, resilience, risk management, or regulatory affairs.

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with cybersecurity regulations, standards and technologies.
