Our Group Marketing is led by the Marketing & Communication Director, who reports directly to the Group CCO. Group Marketing consists of the "units"; Digital Marketing, Internal Communication, and Content Productions, the latter consisting of 2 Content Marketers and 2 Graphic Designers. emagine Consulting Group continues to grow, and thus the expectation is that Group Marketing will grow along.
The opportunity:
We're on the hunt for an ambitious profile to act as Team Lead in our talented Content Production team in creating content that turns heads and sparks conversations. As the driving force behind our content strategy, you'll have the chance to flex your creative muscles, dive deep into complex topics, and make a real impact on our business.
Your base will either be at HQ emagine Consulting A/S in Copenhagen, emagine Consulting Ltd in London, or emagine Consulting Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw. Regardless of where your daily base is, you will also have the opportunity to join your colleagues at the other locations from time to time to strengthen good collaboration.
Who you are:
- A master of words and a wizard of storytelling, with a knack for turning even the most complex topics into compelling narratives.
- Fluent in English (Native) and fluent in the language of marketing and communications, with a proven track record in B2B environments.
- A self-starter with an insatiable appetite for innovation and a hunger for success
- A structured motivator who is able to distribute responsibilities constructively and drive projects together with a team.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate and delegate tasks in our content team with passion and purpose, inspiring your colleagues to push boundaries and deliver their best work.
- Collaborate closely with our Group Marketing Manager to align content efforts with overarching marketing strategies.
- Dive headfirst into the world of B2B communications, crafting content that resonates with our target audience and sets us apart from the competition.
- Bring your IT expertise to the table, using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud to bring our content visions to life.

Process:
The overall process will be as follows: The initial and overall clarification between the candidate and emagine Consulting will be handled by the Group HR Manager. If there is a basis for further process, an initiative will be made for the candidate and representatives from emagine Consulting to engage in a deeper conversation about the role, emagine Consulting, the candidate's presentation, and associated relevant details. It is anticipated to create a prioritized candidate pool, from which tests, test feedback sessions, and initial negotiations will be conducted.
The Group HR Manager is the responsible coordinator and intermediary throughout the entire process.
