We are looking for an experienced Treasury Specialist with a positive drive and mindset in the functions of the Treasury department.

Starting date: June 25th, 2024
Duration: 6 months
Location: Greater Copenhagen
Position: Full-time

Our client is the leading manufacturer within a specific field of the health and food industry headquartered in Denmark. As a global playing with a strong philosophy in nature, lifestyle and sustainability the company employs passionate people in the company to succeed their journey of mission.

The company has decided to employ more than one Treasury Specialist to the team of Treasury due to the increase of assignments in the department.

The Project
As part of the Treasury Department team you will be working with the core values within treasury areas of support and funding to the different international production sites within the company. The aim is to operate as a professional supportive shared service centre, that enables your colleagues to support the running of their operational day-to-day work.

Overall responsibilities are:

  • Management of corporate credit cards in multiple countries
  • Treasury related accounting instructions and reporting to a wide landscape of senior stakeholders
  • Daily cash management
  • Factoring
  • Bank agreements & related activities
  • Bank account administration
  • Support the development of the Corporate Finance Model

The Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Treasury Specialist with minimum of 2-3 years’ experience and an adequate working knowledge within this field. The ideal candidate has experience in corporate finance and treasury, from a multinational corporate, a financial institution, accounting, or advisory firm. An advantage is knowledge of credit rating processes and direct interaction with credit rating agencies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with international stakeholders and manage relationships.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns and make data-driven solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
