We are looking for a Finance Business Intelligence Manager who will join a rapidly growing SaaS Business with an international atmosphere.

We are looking for an experienced finance BI enthusiast to step in and lead a small team of highly skilled and motivated finance BI professionals. You possess a practical and mathematical mindset combined with great interpersonal skills, as you will work closely with various internal stakeholders on different levels.

In this role, you will be a part of our Finance organisation while also joining our engaged and active data community. You'll be working alongside a core group of talented colleagues who take chances and challenge the status quo. Together with your team, you will be instrumental in creating the foundation for Trackunit’s future finance data enablement.

With locations in the hearts of Copenhagen, Kolding, Aarhus and Aalborg, we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Denmark. As many of your colleagues will be located out of Aalborg, we expect you to be present in Aalborg on a regular basis.

Who are you ideally?

• Preferably 5+ years experience with analytical tasks using financial and commercial data, either as a team lead or team manager.
• You see yourself as someone who understands how to enable and lead others in a high paced global environment.
• You feel at home with large amounts of data and are a skilled user of Excel, Power BI and ERP Systems, as well as being familiar with data lake systems such as Databricks.
• You are equally comfortable discussing Python coding with data engineers and delving into revenue recognition logic of an ERP system.
• English skills at a business level. We are a global organisation with international colleagues in and outside of Denmark.

Primary responsibilities:

• Maintain team vision and manage daily activities of a small team of business intelligence professionals
• Own and operate data pipelines for billing, subscription and revenue data from our ERP system into Databricks and other management reporting solutions
• Lead the development and optimization of dashboards in Power BI
• Understand and support the use cases of financial data across Trackunit, and ensure data architecture supports these effectively
• Be a key member of Trackunit data community, representing finance and translating business requirements into intuitive reporting solutions
• Be an important contributor to process improvement and automation projects. We expect you to have and want an impact and question how we are doing things today.

Our hiring process

• Assignment-specific interview. We want you to get an insight into some of the concrete work tasks or challenges related to the role. You will be given a case to prepare prior to the interview, and at the interview, you will present the case to relevant colleagues from across Trackunit, who you’ll also work closely with in the job.
• If needed, throughout the process we will obtain references from former employers and do background checks for level specific, if you have not provided these yourself.
