Treasury

Treasury has the responsibility for TDCs capital structure, M&A activities, funding, investor relations and cash management. You will join a team of skilled and engaged employees, in an informal yet highly professional environment.

TDC is the holding company for Denmark’s largest communication network TDC NET, the leading service provider Nuuday (mobile, broadband and TV brands) and is also sponsor of Denmark’s largest corporate pension fund with AuM of DKK 30bn. TDC NET is Denmark’s leading provider of digital infrastructure, and with that we have an exciting key role in enabling society’s transition to a green and sustainable future.

TDC is private equity owned with significant leverage funded through bonds and loans. We are developing massive investment programs to expand our network and customer experience transformations, funded by our treasury activities.

About the job
As a Corporate Finance Manager, your role will be diverse and impactful. Key responsibilities in treasury include:

• Optimizing the groups capital structure and funding: Collaborate closely with shareholders, investment banks and rating agencies to optimize the group’s capital structure and funding.
• M&A and Investor Relations: Play a central advisory role in M&A projects, from administration to execution and expanding your knowledge within risk management, sustainable finance and lender/bonds investor relations.
• Comprehensive Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decisions and present solutions to stakeholders.

About you
We believe in team effort; thus, it is important you are a team-player and possess great interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

In addition, we hope to see the following qualifications:

• Educational background: master’s degree in economics, business or finance.
• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in corporate treasury, consultancy, financial institution or other relevant fields.
• Analytical skills: You have a comprehensive analytical mindset and knowledge of financial modelling. You have a high attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and integrity.
• Enthusiasm for Finance: You have an interest for financial markets and are eager to learn about applying financial solutions in practice by analyzing and structuring M&A or funding transactions. You are energized by analysis of complex models and want to learn to present solutions and recommendations to stakeholders.
