Join us in this newly created global Retail Operations position, where you will gain a wide network across the organization as you make your mark on our retail execution. Be part of the transformation of our global retail function and support the implementation of our innovative retail strategy across the business.

As our Junior Retail Consultant, you will play a vital role during this exciting phase of delivering our global Retail strategy. Your primary focus will be to support the Markets and stores in the implementation of the right Retail execution across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Process Implementation: Collaborate with the Retail Team to implement operational principles aligned with the Retail strategy.
• Compliance and Auditing: Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures within the retail domain. Conduct regular audits using the Retail App to maintain consistency and quality.
• Retail App: Be responsible for creating and maintaining procedures and checklists within our Retail App. Providing efficient feedback to the Retail team, Markets, and stores on areas to improve.
• On-Site Visits: Visit retail establishments to assess execution and operations firsthand. Your insights will promote efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuous Optimization: Regularly evaluate retail operations and identify areas for improvement. Your goal is to enhance productivity and elevate the customer experience.
• Effective Communication: Share operational principles and guidelines with stakeholders across the organization. Facilitate smooth onboarding to our Retail App.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to integrate retail operational principles into relevant activities and decisions.

What you bring
We expect you to bring 2-4 years of experience within Retail Operations. We are seeking someone with effective communication skills, including process- and change management skills. To succeed in this role, we seek someone who can collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on a global scale.
Moreover, you have experience in:

• Daily retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, customer service standards, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. A keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving are essential in this area.
• Experience in optimizing and implementing retail guidelines.
• International retail exposure, collaborating with teams in multiple geographies, cultures, and time zones.
• Effective communication with staff, customers, and other stakeholders is vital.
• Analyze sales data to improve performance.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
• Good knowledge of working in the office package.

What we offer
The Junior Retail Consultant will report to our Senior Manager, Retail Development, who is responsible for our global channel development and execution, across our four hundred Monobrand stores. Beyond the immediate team, you will work closely with our regional Area Retail Managers, and external stakeholders, as well as internal stakeholders in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Store Design, Training, and numerous other functions.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.
