[Urgent] Planning & Execution Specialist

II. JOB PURPOSE

• Work closely with Channel Manager to issue the optimal overall planning and manage the execution process to ensure high efficiency, effective cost outcome and on-time delivery to customers.
• Utilize database to support data-driven decision-making process of economical operation strategies.

III. JOB DESCRIPTION
Operations Planning (35%)

• Co-operate with Channel Manager, Production Management, Business Development team, Technical Training, Human Resources, Finance, and IT Engineering team for the annual budgeting process for Production and CM sub-functions (if any).
• On a monthly basis, adjust Sale & Operation Planning based on the newest in-house headcount, projected sale, outsourcing commitment, client ordering pattern, product information and optimization projects to direct the operations in terms of product and resource arrangement to meet the stakeholders’ expectation and the valid strategy (Cost, OTD, Quality, Efficiency).
• Develop the demand vs capacity scenarios/ business cases per request validated by the Data & Workforce manager.
• Proactively consolidate the communication/information from BD to CM in terms of potential sales for prompt resource preparation and buffering.

Scheduling and Execution (50%)

• Translate the overall planning into hourly, shift, daily scheduling and get a common understanding of execution schemes among involved functions.
• Monitor the execution process, overall performance and forecast fulfilment.
• Lead and follow necessary changes to the production management team for utilizing production resources (internal & external) and meeting delivery deadlines in the most cost-effective way.
• Coordinate with Production Management to implement improvement projects.
• Lead the weekly, monthly, quarterly meetings with PRO, CM covering the workload status; performance; sourcing/recruitment status.
• Develop, continuously improve, and supervise the implementation of the contingency plan against the capacity shortfall.

Other duties (15%)

• Follow the tasks assigned by CM manager

• Degree in economic planning, accounting, auditing, business analytics,...
• 6+ years of experience in planning positions for production.
• Working experience with IT developments, ERP systems (AX, Citrix) is a plus.
• Working with modern data analytical and statistical tools (Power Query Editor, SQL, Python).
• Working experience in photography and graphic design is an advantage.
• Good English communication
• Good task management.
• Proficient in MS Excel, experience with Power BI
• Familiar with modern data analytical and statistical tools.​​​​​​​
