Your role and responsibilities
We are searching for a Business and Production Controller to our team in Kista. We are small but independent organization within Pulp and Paper with a global profit and loss responsibility. You will actively be involved in the whole business process – from product development to aftersales. You will join the local management team and have close contact with our different departments for sales, order and production. One important part of the job is to develop and optimize production control together with our production manager. You will also support other functions in the organization to steer and follow up the business processes. You will act direct under the local division controller but also functionally report the to the global Pulp and Paper controller. Your duties will include: • Product calculations, product analysis and product follow up • Investments analysis • Optimization of our inventory what comes to delivery time, suppliers and safety stock • Warranty and quality cost follow up • SOX controls • Result follow up, analysis and reporting • Drive budget and forecasting processes • Be a support partner in SAP related questions

Qualifications for the role

• You should have a finance background and most probably, already today working as a production or financial controller preferably in companies within the industry and wants to take the next step in your carrier.
• You have good knowledge in SAP and have worked with SAP as ERP system.
• Experience from global work environment is also an advantage.
• You should speak Swedish and English fluently.
• To manage this role you should be driven, determined but also analytical, systematic and carefully with numbers.
• You should also like to be in the front sit and drive change management.
• Additionally it is very important that you are a team player, lead by example and inspire your colleagues.
