IT Network Tech Lead

You’ll be part of IT Infrastructure Competence Cente where you, together with your colleagues, will be part of the Production Infrastructure team where you operate and maintain the OT infrastructure Networks. You advocate proven strategies and technologies and govern the solutions and roadmaps for product technologies and infrastructure components. You will be part of a team of people with different focus areas and expertise’s all related to Production IT.

You’ll play an important role in:

• coordination of OT Network maintenance and incident management activities including service window planning. maintaining, supporting, and transforming existing networks into new infrastructure
• heading team operations when implementing changes and design improvements.
• working with risk assessment, detailed work planning, centralized configuration, and continuous improvement in a way similar to modern DevOps
• engage in stakeholder management and offering support to our production sites on technical communication related issues and projects, and secure the quality of the reporting
• ensuring that the right cybersecurity level is implemented on the network solutions on production sites, fulfilling both country-specific and group requirements

To succeed in the role, you:

• have a results driven mindset, with strong planning and communication skills You feel comfortable delivering values in an environment which offers some degree of unpredictability
• have experience working in OT/Production environment, including design, implementation and maintenance of communication networks LAN and WAN
• preferably have a bachelor's in electrical/electronic/software engineering or similar engineering knowledge
• are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, as you'll be using it on daily basis
• have general knowledge of computer networks and telecommunication principles. Preferably with a Cisco CCNP/CCNA certification and knowledge of Palo Alto products.
