Does order and tender management sound interesting to you? Then we would love to hear from you, as we are looking for a Project Sales Coordinator in our Spare Parts Sales Support department.
What will you be doing? As a Project Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the MXPSS technical team as well as our customers in managing and coordinating MXPSS-projects from initiation to completion by:
- Quote and Order Processing and execution according to project timeline
- Internal coordination in project execution (with Material Management, Production, Shipping, IGCs, etc.) to ensure timely execution and delivery with sensitive deadlines
- Claim handling across project sales
- Identifying potentials for and contributing to implementation of process optimization and automation for MXPSS projects.
- Coordinating with the Process organization, the Data/Digital Assistants Organization and Sales Management (incl. IGCs) reg. above.
Who are you: We imagine that you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Will go the extra mile for good customer service
- Have strong communication skills in English, both verbally and written
- Hold strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems.
Welcome to the Project Sales Team You will be part of a small project team, called MXPSS, in the Sales Support department. You'll work mainly with our marine customers as well as with our colleagues in our international sales hubs. Based in Copenhagen, project team includes a Technical Project Manager and two Technical Sales Engineers. We prioritize cooperation, collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to provide exceptional customer support.
