Our client
Cremilk Ltd, with 190 employees at its headquarters in the picturesque town of Kappeln on the Schlei, is a subsidiary of the CAFEA Group, a major international manufacturer and trader of food products. Cremilk specializes primarily in the spray-drying of high-quality dairy foods and produces, among other things, infant milk formula as well as dietary drinking and follow-on foods. The company acts both as a manufacturer of its own product ranges and as a producer for well-known food companies. This position is being filled to coordinate the technical areas at the Kappeln site.
Your new challenge
- You will manage, coordinate and support 20 employees in the technical department, taking into account their professional and personal development
- You will be responsible for the quality and cost-conscious organization, management and implementation of maintenance and repair measures for the production facilities
- You will be responsible for the technical aspects of investment and construction projects, from conception to commissioning
Your qualification
- You have a technical degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering or similar) or a comparable background, e.g. technical training including relevant professional experience
- You have a comprehensive understanding of technical procedures and processes and ideally have experience in food processing
- You are a communicative, strong leader, who is independent, proactive, willing to perform, has a high sense of responsibility and a structured way of working as well as the ability to work in a team
