We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented leader with a proven track record in building commercial excellence within complex software organisations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in selling simulation software for construction or machinery, with a deep understanding of the geotechnical and concrete sectors. responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations at Optum CE, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance commercial performance, ensuring sustained growth and market leadership.
- Establish satellite offices across key markets, starting with Germany, England, India, and Scandinavia, to expand our global footprint.
- Build and nurture a high-performing global sales organisation, equipped to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

experience:
- Proven track record in building commercial excellence within a complex software organisation, with a focus on strategic sales and solution selling.
- Experience in selling simulation software for construction or machinery, particularly in the geotechnical and concrete sectors.
- Strong understanding of geotechnical and concrete calculation software, with a keen eye for industry trends and customer needs.
- Board-level experience in the industry would be advantageous, demonstrating strategic vision and leadership.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, combined with commercial acumen and a passion for driving business success.
