This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your negotiation expertise. You'll work directly with international suppliers, ensuring we secure the best possible quality, price, and delivery terms while upholding our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices. Building strong, long-term relationships with our suppliers will be key to your success.

MAKE YOUR MARK ON TOMORROW’S FASHION
You will develop and buy our Outerwear and Tailoring products in close collaboration with our design, pattern, and sales departments. Together, you'll ensure that every piece embodies VILA's DNA of quality, price, trend, and sustainability, meeting our customers' expectations. More specifically your responsibilities include:

• Developing and creating collections with designers and suppliers
• Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Negotiating quality, price, and delivery with international suppliers, considering sustainability goals
• Following up on production and deliveries
• Participating in sales meetings and supplier visits
• Sourcing new qualities with our sourcing offices
• Ensuring continuous quality control

YOUR PROFILE
With your ambitious approach and business acumen, you are a strong negotiator with an understanding of quality, price, and trends. As a person, you are independent, proactive, and structured, enabling you to stay on top of the situation in a fast-paced and creative environment. You possess good communication and collaboration skills, establishing positive relations, both internally and externally. Additionally, we are looking for someone with:

• Educational background within buying
• Knowledge of the fashion industry – preferably experience with outerwear or tailored products
• Solid numeracy and business understanding
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
