Who you are?
You are a self-driven salesperson with a structured approach to work, always striving for results. You excel at networking and influencing, capable of creating, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and colleagues, through physical and digital interactions. With a strong commercial focus, you have a keen interest in technical solutions.

About the job
In your Inside Sales role, you will follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell heat exchanger and separation products and services to our customers in the Energy Division market. You will nurture qualified leads and secure sales by identifying the right services, parts, or products needed by our customers.

You will be part of a Nordic sales team, supporting all our customers to grow and expand our business. Your mission is to ensure high customer satisfaction by going the extra mile and paying close attention to customer needs. Close cooperation within the sales team and other entities in the company is essential for success in this role.

Key Tasks
With your ability to understand customers and their specific needs, your main tasks will include:

  • Following established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services.
  • Developing technical and value-based quotes reflecting customer needs, emphasizing unique selling points.
  • Providing direct support to customers during the quotation process with advanced technical support.
  • Communicating technical knowledge to various clients.

What you know
You likely have a degree in engineering or a related field, and preferably, though not necessarily, previous experience in business-to-business sales. To be successful in this position, you possess:

  • A strong sales-centric approach with excellent multitasking abilities.
  • An agile mindset, able to act quickly on customer requests, understanding the importance of accuracy and efficiency.
  • A digital mindset, open to changes and new technologies.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent communication skills in both one Nordic language and English, both spoken and written.
